Do I need an account to start?
No. You can start building right away as a guest. Create a free account to save your work and access it from any device.
How long does it take to build a resume?
Most people finish a complete, polished resume in 15 to 30 minutes using our expert suggestions.
Can I import my existing resume?
Yes. Upload a PDF, Word (DOC or DOCX), RTF, HTML, or TXT file up to 5 MB, or paste the text.
Resumes & cover letters
Can I change templates after I start?
Yes, anytime. Your content moves to the new design instantly, and you can adjust colors, fonts, spacing, and margins.
How many resumes can I make?
As many as you need. Duplicate a resume to tailor it for each job you apply to.
Can I share my resume with a link?
Yes. From the More Options menu, create a read-only share link you can turn off at any time.
Downloads & billing
Which file formats can I download?
PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) with a paid plan, and plain text (.txt) for free.
How do I cancel my plan?
Go to Account settings, then Plan & billing, and choose Cancel plan. You'll keep access until the end of your current period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Contact support within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Privacy & security
Is my information private?
Yes. Your documents are private to your account unless you choose to share a link. We never sell your personal information.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and documents.
