Agreement

These terms govern your use of We Build Resume. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content

You own the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and make sure the information on your documents is truthful.

AI features

AI suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review everything before you use it; you're responsible for the final content of your documents.

Plans, renewals, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Paystack in US dollars. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; you'll keep access until the end of the current period. We email you before a 14-day plan renews. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on request.

• 14-Day Full Access: After 14 days, auto-renews at $24.95 per month. Cancel anytime.
• Annual Access: Billed annually at $71.40. Auto-renews each year. Cancel anytime.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, bypass usage limits or bot checks, or use it to create fraudulent or unlawful content.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide the service “as is”. We can't guarantee that using it will result in interviews or employment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you before they take effect.
