Refund Policy

14-day money-back offer
You may request a full refund of an eligible charge within 14 days of that payment. This applies to the first paid monthly charge after a trial, an annual-plan charge, and a renewal charge. The 7-day trial itself costs $0.00, so there is no trial fee to refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@webuildresume.app or choose “Cancel or refund” on our contact form within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email and Polar receipt or transaction reference if available. Do not send your full card number, security code, or password.
Processing
We review the request and process approved refunds through Polar to the original payment method. Polar, your bank, or card issuer controls when the credit appears. We will confirm the request or explain if additional information is needed. Access may end when a refund is processed.
Cancellation is separate
Cancelling stops future renewals and normally leaves access through the paid period; it does not automatically refund a past charge. You can request a refund separately within the 14-day window. No separate cancellation fee is charged by us.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that applicable law provides and does not allow us to exclude.
