Human Resources cover letter examples

I am excited to apply for the Human Resources Manager position at Lakeview Organization. With six years of experience and a reputation for talent acquisition and employee relations, I am confident I can make an immediate contribution to your team.

In my current role at Peoplefirst Staffing, I led HR for a 300-person organization across recruiting, benefits, and employee relations. I also reduced time-to-hire from 45 to 28 days by redesigning the interview process.

I am known for talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and I take pride in recruiting. I would bring the same focus and energy to Lakeview Organization.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience can support your goals. Thank you for your time and consideration.
